  Never EVER get delivery from this location! My mistake when ordering from the taco bell app as it set as an automatic location. I couldn't afford groceries at the moment so I used my last bit to get some things that'll last me until pay day and also a drink. I got a party box and 3 crunchwraps. I only received the Crunchwraps and drink. I asked my driver about it and she said that's all that they handed to her and she even sent me a picture of inside her car as proof that she did not steal it. I called the store and they blamed the driver for stealing it when I told them that she provided a picture that she did not have it in her car and that's all that was given to her! Guess what they did instead of saying they're sorry? They hung up on me! I have contacted DoorDash and they said that they are unable to give me a refund and that it is a common problem with this location that they're forgetting items and that they are blaming drivers. So thank you Taco Bell for your exceptional outstanding customer service and stealing the last bit of money I had that was supposed to give me food until my payday! I guess I will starve for a few days. Edit: now reading the reviews and it seems like this place has issues with making Crunchwraps and Party boxes for some reason I should've known lol.

  If you are NOT going to do orders right do NOT put yourselves on DoorDash or any delivery service!! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION! I have lost $75 tonight all because I wanted to get something for my family and I am sick and didn't feel like cooking. I ordered through the TACO BELL app and I got a soft taco party pack, 3 drinks, 2 chicken cantina bowls, and 2 chips and guacamole along with a bunch of sauce packets. Again around $75. DoorDash came quick! What "looked" like everything came. But didn't. Instead i got SIX soft tacos, ONE cantina bowl, no chips with guacamole, I kid you not I only got FOUR little sauce packets but I got all 3 drinks. The receipt had EVERYTHING I needed printed on there so I do not understand how one messes up an order that badly. I have contacted the DoorDash lady, she said that they told her that is all with the order. I call the Taco Bell and tell them about my order requesting a refund and the manager just gave me a nasty attitude telling me it's "not possible to refund", accused the driver (who is an elderly woman by the way) of stealing it, along with people laughing in the background and I got hung up on. I called the lady back and told her everything and she was upset that they were accusing her of stealing but has told me to call DoorDash customer service. I call and explain everything that I have just dealt with, DoorDash calls the store asking for a manager and they get hung up on. Then I was told nothing could be done. So again I just lost $75 because of this Taco Bell that should be shut down and removed from all delivery services. You guys will think it's funny until a lawsuit happens

  They never get delivery orders right. This is the third issue I have had with them and i have not yet gotten a single refund. It's this location specifically and cannot pick what location I want from on the Taco Bell app. It's near $50 down the drain plus not even the closest taco bell to where I live. Also, I have spoke to the dashers and managers myself, the manager is mean as can be over a 12 pack of tacos, a drink, and a couple of crunchwraps and has blamed the dashers for stealing my food! All the dashers have said the same thing, they are only given the items the workers have gave them. One told me she's on a certain diet and cannot eat fast food. Ridiculous. Quit blaming innocent drivers and actually do your jobs!

  I'm always not sure what it's called when I go order cashier with a little bit unhappy about the situation I guess.
