Don't suggest using the app, and paying in advance because you will be screwed out of your money if something happens! Don't want to go back but have to to get my money's worth. The whole refusing a refund is bs. Wasn't pleased with the whole experience. And don't try to call to speak to a manager because they will NOT answer the phone for anything! 0/10
