    Service was good we got our food pretty fast, we would of sit outside but it was raining and the tables there was out in the open getting rained on

    We went and they were out of all drinks and ice cream products more than 3 hours prior to close. The employees were laughing at us while we tried to place our order and the manager was very hateful towards us I guess for being there and requesting menu items they didn't have. Will not be going back. I can understand running out of some items but having no drinks or ice cream AND being hateful to the customer about it is kinda crazy.

    Your manager is always so hateful. I don’t know if she is on a power trip or what, but she is very rude. We were trying to order at the drive in menus and the button wasn’t working so she asked to wait a second, then snapped back on and told us to hit the button when we were ready. We told her we were ready we couldn’t get the button to work. She clapped back with “I wouldn’t be speaking to you if the button didn’t work” very rude and impatient. We have spent plenty of money here! Very sad!! Maybe you can find her a position she would be happy with!!

    Your app is trash. Every time I try to use it it won't let me log in. You shoot this thing that says hey come have Sonic for your discounted food items. Go to have dinner here and the app don't work. My phone number is not changed in a decade. Still the same phone number but yet your app gives me trouble every time I use it. I don't know if I'll be eating at Sonic anytime in the near future. Thank you guys for not allowing your employees to honor your discounts. May your leadership change eventually before you end up like some of the other establishments that are no longer in business because you have potential with the quality of your food but man alive. Why would you shoot out a massive email to people stating this? If you're not going to honor it, you know
