  March 31st, 2026 my wife ordered "Triple Treat Space Jam Box". We live 10 miles from restaurant. By the time she got home with food it was cold, hard, burnt crunchy. Tried to call number on receipt because it shows local area code (*423). Number was going to a national line that gave me a 800 number for customer complaints. I called, placed concern then received email April 1st 2026 (*April's Fool! I shoulda' known!) stating someone from store would be in contact within 3 business days. Today is April 10th, 2026, received no contact. If drive wasn't so far from home we should have taken food back BUT with lack of response I'm sure that would have ended badly. At least we know now. BUYER BEWARE, now you know better

  Pizza Hut made an order for me on the 12-20-2025, and the pizza had very little marinara sauce, the chicken was dry and also the pineapples. I called back to pizza hut on Volunteer Parkway, Bristol, Tenn, and made a complaint to Justine,the General Manager, apologized and gave me two choices to either get my money back of $20 or an in store credit. Natually I said that I wanted my money back. The new guy had put the last four digits of my phone number backwards and it would take some time to get it straight that my money will be back into my account in a few days. We'll I called back to Pizza hut today 12/-31-2025 and spoke with Justin again. I told him who I was and asked why wasn't my $20 placed back into my checking account. He told me that he gave me an in store credit. He argued me down. I told him that I wanted my money back. Basically he was calling me a liar. I asked him for his Supervisor, he gave me Matthew Hyatt. I called and left several messages and did not get a return call back as of yet. I attempted to call back to the Volunteer Parkway Bristol, Tenn Pizza Hut to ask for the home office number to complain to them regarding my money, the phone ranged for a long time and no one answered the phone. So I hung up and tried the West State Street Branch Gate City Highway Bristol, VA and to no avail, no one answered there either, so the only choice I have is to write a review regarding my situation. Pizza Hut on Volunteer Parkway is holding my $20 Hostage. Its a shame that a company would rather keep your money instead of giving it back but would instead hand you an in store credit and they don't prepare your food properly and expect you to get more bad food from them!!!!

  If you like wasting your hard earned money only to get the wrong order go here. I will not rest until I get my $30 back I have 6k employees and a pizza hut corporate sponsorship, needless to say we will be cutting ties with this company. I suggest that they revamp there entire. operation. Our media division will be spreading the word. CANCEL PIZZA HUT!!!!!!!
