  Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Placed an order at the kiosk inside, no one else waiting by the way, and waited 20 minutes for someone to pack just my bag of food. I finally get my bag and I am told it'll be another 10 minutes for my pie, because no one bothered to start cooking one. The manager couldn't even be bothered to help because all she cared about was clearing orders in the drive through. I know this because 3 minutes after I placed my order she cleared it from the screen and ignored me standing there. She cleared the screen to make sure her time wasn't affected. Not once did she step in to help get my order ready, only saying a few words to the person slowly getting my order. I had to ask for my drink cups after I got my food cause they weren't given to me. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my life. I'll recommend anyone and everyone avoid this specific McDonald's with extreme prejudice. I didn't even get so much as a sorry from the manager, just a look of disgust at me being upset that I was waiting.

  Terrible experience. I went there and we ordered at the kiosk. We got our food and discovered they had given us a bag of fries only. No nuggets. I paid $30 and had to call and let them know they missed some items in my order. I went back to pick it up and was given my bag of food only to find out i was missing something else for that order! I told the worker and she jerked the bag from my hand and gave me attitude. Will not be coming back to this McDonald's.

  The food was ok, but this manager talked down on to one of the workers named Peter. Mind you peter was trying to mop and sweep the lobby to keep it looking nice when the on duty manager said to him “what all have you done” but she said it twice, the first at Normal speed then the second very slow, and she had a bad attitude while talking to Peter. She made him move from the lobby to in the back, but Peter did an excellent job and he recommend me to try a new baber shop out. Peter definitely needs a raise or manager needs a talking to.
