  What kind of Arby's runs out of meat an hour and a half before closing. Seems like very poor management

  DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Absolutely horrible service and when thats not bad enough the food is always cold and/or raw. Unfortunately I like Arby's food, so ive frequented this specific location and the food and service is always terrible. This was the last straw though, completely uncooked chicken after sitting in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes. Took it inside and gentleman getting his food pulled it out to examine, his was also cold and raw. Absolutely disgusting restaurant.

  Came thur at 6:38 pm on a Saturday night the third of January 2026, no customer in line or inside order a smokehouse brisket meal large size with crinkle cut fries and a cherry turn over was told to pull up waiting on fries after 20 minutes went inside to find no one inside and was greeted with "Bet you thought it was a ghost town in here". And when I told them that I had been waiting outside for my order they seemed confused and didn't remember what I was even waiting on. I couldn't imagine going through on a lunch break or when they're busy

  Food is normally fine, but every time I’ve been here recently I’ve been given the wrong order. Tired of it. Best part is, the website they give you in response doesn’t work.
