I asked for a Large Boo Raspberry with Light cream and in all seriousness, the drink was like 1/3 cream. I didn’t have time to ask them to fix it unfortunately. It ruined the taste of the drink and wasn’t enjoyable at all. Also, there were at least 5 or 6 employees making drinks and it looked like utter chaos in there, which I assume is why it turned out how it did. I know it’s a newer location so no sweat, was just sad. Pic is after I drank some of solely the cream off the top. It was the most cream I’ve ever had in a drink, even when I order it normal.

No less then five vehicles that came after us have been served and have left. We are still waiting. I asked the girl that was taking orders for the other lane why they keep taking orders from just one lane her response," I can't help, I'm only signed up for the 2nd lane." FYI, twelve minutes later, she is the one who came and took it order.

As far as service goes i was in the middle of giving her my order she repeatedly says “is that all” very rude and rushed.
