  I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I’m writing this review. I don’t come to Arby’s very often. I had no idea they changed the sandwich options in the $7.99 box, so the lady proceeded to give me attitude, like I’m supposed to wake up and see what Arby’s has changed on their menu every morning. She even gave me attitude at the window. Won’t be back here.

  So I just went through the drive-through I ordered a beef and cheddar single meal large curly fry large Sprite and a double beef and cheddar meal large curly fry large coke and one ranch chicken wrap the order came out to be $29.42. First, please tell me why I got four pennies back in change. It was supposed to be eight cents back. I thought whatever it’s just for pennies. I thought maybe it had something to do with the penny shortage, nope because they gave me four pennies. The change I gave her was $29.50. I gave her a $20 bill A5$ bill four 1$ bills and 2 quarters I should’ve gotten a nickel and three pennies , I look at my receipt and it says I gave her $29.45 even if I gave her $29.45. Why did I get four pennies back it should’ve been three. the person at the window really needs to learn How to count change. On top of that, The Only thing that was hot was the chicken wrap, and there was literally more bun on both beef and cheddar than there was meat I asked for Extra red ranch, they gave me like half a teaspoon of red ranch in a little black cup not even enough to cover the bottom of the cup. Literally, the only thing that was good was the ranch wrap and I feel like that is only because they had to cook it because they ran out of chicken tenders. Adjust just to emphasize how little meat was on the beef and cheddars you had to open the bun to see the meat. Definitely will not be coming back to pay $30 for nothing

  Employees here are so rude. EXTREMELY disappointed I usually eat Arby’s once a week but after tonight I think I’ll find another place. The girl at window was rude, coughing all over everything laughing about coughing on everything I didn’t even want my food. There has to be better people than this to work a simple job. Yeah I’m gonna spread the word as well not to come to this Arby’s GROSS

  Manager was great. He answered questions about menu good knowledge of menu items.
