  I love coming to 7 Brew for iced coffee! Caleb K. made my most recent experience a great one! He is very passionate about his job & also cares a lot about customer satisfaction. I will definitely continue to keep coming here, and I hope I will get to have Caleb as my barista again in the near future! :)

  Stopped by 7 Brew in Bristol, TN and had an awesome experience. The drinks were spot on—fresh, flavorful, and made super quick even with a busy line. Huge shoutout to Chloe for being such a fantastic server! She was friendly, energetic, and made the whole visit even better with her great attitude and attention to detail. If you’re in the area and need a solid pick-me-up, I definitely recommend checking them out. Easily a 5-star experience!

  Like always, I had no clue what to get. Courtney suggested a Carmel Blondie. She was super friendly and willing to take her time with me. I also have to say the person behind me didn't look like their day was going very well. I couldn't help but notice that they were smiling and laughing with her when I was leaving. Will definitely come back to try other drinks!

  Best Coffee and Service! I was greeted with a Smile by Samarah P at the volunteer parkway location in Bristol Tn. Such a warm a friendly interaction she was amazing and knew the menu so well. I then paid with Courtney who was such a sweet girl! Asking how my morning was going and really seemed to care. My visit was BEYOND!! I’ll never go to Starbucks again

  Already wasn’t a fan of the 7 brew in Kingsport and told the lady that I was willing to give it another try but didn’t know what to get. She recommended a drink with Hazelnut which I told her I wasn’t a fan of and she was rude after that. She didn’t recommend anything else or ask anyone else making the coffees what would be a good drink choice. I will not be back simply due to the customer service interaction.
