During my attempt to place an order, the attendant repeatedly interjected with "that's it," which created an unclear and potentially impolite interaction. Secondly, the Big Archer meal I received was of unacceptable quality. I will not be ordering this item again. Finally, I have observed a recurring issue when utilizing the app for complimentary food items, specifically that the food provided is often stale or the fry portions are insufficient.

I need to understand why it is that when I ask for mayonnaise only they automatically think that I need a half a gallon of mayonnaise on my sandwich? and one pickle. Because that's what I always get, a half a gallon of mayonnaise and one freaking pickle. I can't eat that while I'm driving because mayonnaise goes everywhere. And I feel like it's done intentionally because I asked for something different than their standard cheeseburger. Because it's like that at every McDonald's honestly every single time I order this sandwich.

They were not apologetic at all - only annoyed at me. Came back the next week - fries were cold and undercooked. If fast food was still $5 for a meal, I would let it slide but they gotta up their game at this location.
