  I had the burger with peppers and onions. Very good. Messy though. Fries weren’t the best. Great customer service. I heard bad reviews before I went but it takes awhile when you first open a restaurant to get things running smoothly.

  Syrups for the soda machine don’t get refilled and the location is absolutely filthy. Food debris all over the dinning and kitchen area, busted sauce packets smeared onto the floor. If I were the health inspector I would guess this place would score about a 76 and that’s being generous. The staff are extremely unprofessional, aggressively combative, and sloppy. I can’t even get a drink that I paid for. And to top it all off I’ve only ever been to a Whataburger 2 times, both times at this location. They can’t even get your order right, ordered a 2 chicken fajita tacos and they gave us sloppy knockoff snack wraps. We regret taking a bite it was absolutely disgusting. If y’all read this save your hard earned money and go to a different establishment instead.

  When I went to place my order it sounded like the girl was whispering. I told her I could not hear her. Then she said something else and it was so low that I said again that I couldn't hear her. I went ahead and told them what I wanted thinking they would hear me. When I told her no ketchup on the hamburger she snapped back at me and said "ketchup doesn't come on our burgers." I said I'm sorry I just wanted to make sure there was no ketchup on it. Then a very loud speaking person came on and confirmed my order. When I pulled up in the driveway to wait on my food I noticed two ladies kept looking at me. When it was my turn to pay for my food I handed my card to the young lady and she didn't say anything to me. I tried to apologize thinking maybe if I couldn't hear her perhaps she couldn't hear me and I told her that's why I spoke louder. So I was apologizing but she just looked at me with a smirk on her face and walked off. She came back with my card and said "here." The manager brought me my food and I told her that I tried to apologize to the young lady and that she just looked at me with a smirk on her face. The manager did the same thing. I told her would not be back. Anytime I've been to that location the workers seem to have attitude. I've been in customer service for 46 years and there's just no reason to act that way if that's the job you have chosen to do.

  Being someone that does not live near a Whataburger we drove 20 minutes from our hotel to get this... We had it years ago in another state and it was great. I would say this time didn't live up to how I remembered it. My bun was nearly burnt and the onion rings were approaching room temperature when I received them. I would give praise to the young man that brought out the food to our table he was very well manored and polite. For fast food the prices seem reasonable but overall I don't know that I'd drive it of the way again for it.

  we ordered and waited 40 minutes inside while other tables were receiving their orders. we eventually asked for a refund and they said ok and that they will send back to the gift card but they said it could take several hours to reflect. they said the reason we never got our order was because they brought it out and someone else stole it. as a texan, very disappointed.
