  I ordered a few small items. the dip and the empanadas. I get my order without the chocolate empanada and no chips for my dip. I immediately saw my dessert missing, so I beeped my horn to get their attention. He said oh, i didn't realize you wanted this one too. It is a Duo! of course I want it. Then I get home and look under the 20 napkins they didn't have trouble giving me and realize, no chips. So I had to drive ALL the way back. There was a line by then, so I went inside. The workers are not doing a thing. I stood there for a little bit before being noticed. I used to work there, i would never treat a customer like I was treated. I wanted to scream because I just came from a long day at the hospital and was very hungry. wanted to treat myself. I thought it was going to be ok today because a few days ago, my order was wrong and i had to go back to get it corrected. The man did try to give me a free drink or something for my troubles but I didn't want free food, i just wanted the food i ordered. so simple. I'm so frustrated for getting the wrong order and driving back to get it corrected. I want what i paid for. and please check this location's beef supply, the meat smells rotten every time i get it. I'm afraid to eat it now. Get it together! They need me back in there to set things right. It went down hill once I left this location years ago.

  This might be the worst run Taco Bell I have encountered and that is saying something. I made an online order that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago and I am still waiting. I did that to try and get around the drive-thru wait, which is usually a line of cars that doesn't move for 30 minutes. As a doordasher you might as well forget picking up from this location.

  I don’t like to write mean reviews but I’m done with this location. I placed my order on the app at 6:43 My order was estimated to be done by 6:48. Employees are unresponsive, rude, unhelpful and lacking respect for customers. There were about 8 others waiting on orders. This is the second time I have placed an order at this location and had to wait nearly an hour. The whole point of an order ahead is to get the order quickly. I will never return to this location ever again. If the manager was there, he was overheard loudly complaining about my order because it had “ to many items” and “I haven’t even started that” so was he just never going to make it?! I cannot even fathom the level of disregard I felt and disrespect. Everyone there seems miserable and one female employee just stood around doing absolutely nothing. Horrible horrible customer service and employees. For the record, I left at 7:40 nearly an hour later!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! My last order was delayed nearly 40 mins and then missing items. Never returning.

  Unfortunately an extremely slow location. I wouldn’t be writing a review unless it were consistent, which it is, extremely slow. At the end of the day it has to be the managers not prioritizing speedy service. I know it’s an easy fix as most locations can keep the standard I’m used to. I’ll happily change the review if they pick things up.
