Payed extra for ranch and rice to be put on my melt and asked for the chipotle sauce to be left off of it. Obviously they couldn’t follow instructions because they gave it to my dasher exactly how it’s supposed to come. ( chipotle sauce, cheese, and chicken). The chicken was rock hard on the melt. The chicken strip on my avocado ranch wrap was very hard as well. Seems like it was sitting out for a while and they just threw lettuce, ranch, and cabbage on it. Why pay extra for things i’m not getting? Having worked fast food before I know for a fact they were just being lazy. Worst Taco Bell I have ever ordered from.
