Every single time I've arrived at a Sonic location to pick up a Doordash order, I've been told that they don't have it in their system even though it's the correct location. I usually receive no further help and have to unassign, but the employees at this particular Sonic were kind enough to make the order anyway. Seriously though - get it together!

Instead of sending my phone a code to plug into the app, you sent me an email to an address I cant access with my phone. Technology should make it easier, not harder. Edited to add. I get home and click the link and get the below message. You can't use happy hour or any other deal without being logged into the app.

They are typically quick, the food is made right, and they are always nice. Can't say enough. And you have to try their smash burger. OMG, they do it right here too. I think they taste as good as Five Guys. Pretty amazing. We usually do mobile orders ahead when we're 5 to 10 minutes away. They always have the food ready when we get there with dedicated mobile order lanes. Really quick and easy. It's hard to run a fast food business this well. They do it right! Thanks for all the hard work!
