I came to sonic on franklin rd / old Moores lane. March 3rd 2026 at 2 10 pm. I got the chili cheese tot. When I got it barely had any chili and it was cold. The tots were hard because they have no chili on them. Cheese was cold. I asked for more chili and i explained why
The girl came out and said we usually charge extra for this. I was like what. You want to charge me for more chili for something that wasn't made right. I showed her. She said its got chilli in the right corner. I said these tots are hard cause they have no chili on them. She was soo rude. Didn't care that I was unhappy. Didn't apologize. This happen this happened the last time, cold tots. I won't return to this lication

Doordash driver here - there has to be a better way for the people at Sonic to receive Doordash orders. Every single time I've arrived at a Sonic location to pick up a Doordash order, I've been told that they don't have it in their system even though it's the correct location. I usually receive no further help and have to unassign, but the employees at this particular Sonic were kind enough to make the order anyway. Seriously though - get it together!

You just lost a sale. Your app refused to let me log in without verifying my phone number. Instead of sending my phone a code to plug into the app, you sent me an email to an address I cant access with my phone. Technology should make it easier, not harder. Edited to add. I get home and click the link and get the below message. You can't use happy hour or any other deal without being logged into the app.
