  I'm really tired of this store serving yesterday's biscuits. If you get to this store in the morning before they run out of the biscuits they had previously heated the day before, they WILL serve you one of these tough, stale, dried out things without hesitation. How much can it cost to throw away these hockey pucks and bake fresh ones?

  We were missing items in our meal. We went back through the drive through and let them know. The person on the speaker tried to charge us (claims he misheard us but he asked what we were missing?) We pull up to the window then they ask again what we were missing. We tell them. They proceed to ask for the receipt and we had it on our phone so give it to them. They took the phone well past the window into the kitchen to review everything. Then the guy asks to see the BAG OF FOOD. Are you not supposed to take food back through the window? Isn't that a health hazard? We gave it to them anyways to HOPEFULLY get our order right. He then tells us that we aren't missing any apple pies and tries to hand us our food back. We were missing a pie and a large fry. We mention the large fry then he said "Oh.. yeah you're missing that." and then we said we only had 2 of the 3 pies. Then he said "yeah you're missing a holiday pie." BROTHER WERE YOU NOT GOING TO GIVE US THE PIE?? YOU KNEW! They tried their hardest to not give us the food WE PAID FOR and to make the experience of getting OUR ALREADY MISSING ITEMS AS HARD AS POSSIBLE. This place is horrible at service and really needs upgrading of staff.

  We had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s located at #11867 on 109 East Park Drive Brentwood, Tn 37027. We visited around 6:43pm on Friday, 11/28/25, and the service was unacceptable. The staff we interacted with were rude and nothelpful at all, which made the visit frustrating from the start and it wasn’t busy. To make things worse, the food we received was cold, and the bun on the sandwich was old and hard, as if if it had been sitting out for too long. Overall, the quality and service at this location were far below what we expect from Mc Donald’s. We do not recommend this location based on our experience, Hopefully, they can improve their staff friendless and food quality moving forward. The Johnstons
