The size of the bagels have diminished greatly. The customer service has gone downhill dramatically And there is absolutely zero and I mean zero value for your money. It is a complete and total rip off now and the quality has regressed significantly. There is a bagel place that I have to travel literally 45 minutes to get to on the other side of Nashville and I don’t mind doing it because number one the bagels are much much better the price is actually reasonable And shows a respect to their customers. I will tell everybody I know that there are numerous and I mean, numerous bagel places now that have better quality and they are a couple that offer a much much better value for your money. The owners and new management of this establishment are disgraceful and an embarrassment to restaurant owners, they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for ripping off people to this extent.
