  This store, staff and Brandon Anglin the manager are so terrible. They need to close the store and open up a family owned business that cares about their customers. I called for 3 days and no one answered. Finally ordered a cake and even the manager was aware. Then came to pick it up and it wasn't made. I had to settle for a snowman cake for my husbands birthday and pay for it when it was their mistake. Last year I bought a cake in the freezer and got home and they flavor was not what was written on box. Very unprofessional. When I called I was inside the store and heard them just letting the phone ring. So rude! Please go to Publix or Cosco for an ice cream cake!!

  What an awful store. Go anywhere but here. The manager is totally absent - literally never in the store, never returns calls. I ordered a birthday cake online a week ahead of time. Called or went in everyday for six straight days - no one could find the order, take a new order or reach the manager (who apparently is the only person who can handle this). When the pickup day comes, had to wait in the store for an hour for them to find the magical cake person and get him to come. No one once apologized or owned up to the nightmare lack of customer service. Will never go here again. Hope corporate office will get new management and fast.

  I came in a little before 5pm on 9/8/18. When the store is empty and two customers walk in the first thing staff should do acknowledge. When the customers ask for the a sample the staff should not continue their non-work related conversation and make the customer ask for the sample a second time. The staff should not be touching their hair and tucking it their hat, in front of the customer, without washing their hands afterwards. The staff should not be making idiotic jokes and touching their mouth while laughing and not washing their hands. Staff should not assume the customers cannot hear their ridiculous bird calls they're cupping their hands over their mouths to make just because the customers are sitting outside, because we can. One of the three staff members currently doing nothing inside should come outside and clean the dry, crusted ice cream residue off of the tables. Thank God they don't actually touch the ice cream or I would be too disgusted to eat what we purchased. I DO NOT recommend that anyone ever eat here.
