- MVMeemaw ValleyJul 7, 20251.0Customer service was terrible. Young lady at the service counter did not speak clear English. She had a strong accent. I ordered an 6 inch All American sub. Some of the items were missing from the sandwich. She tried to charge an extra $1 to my order. When asked what the $1 was for, she adjusted the price. Asked for my receipt that she voluntarily threw in the trash. Last the sandwich tasted horrible. This is the first time I have ate there in over a year. Definitely will not be going back there again anytime soon.
- TDTracy DixonMar 27, 20211.0Person taking orders in drive thru was very nice. However they need to learn how to fix sandwiches. I ordered sweet onion chicken terriaki and wanted it like toasted. I also ordered and paid for extra cheese. Got down the road a piece and bit into my sandwich and not one bite of cheese on the sandwich and chicken was cold. Gross. If I had not been having to get somewhere, I would have turned around and took it back. I tried for three days in a row to call and complain. No answering of the phones. Pitiful. I want go back there again..
