The only complaints I have about the service are they always forget my ketchup (I feel bad that the server has to go back for it) and they are stingy on mints, lol. I'm from Buffalo and there's usually a handful in the bag. It's only drive up as far as I know so I can't actually comment on atmosphere.

I thought she was going to get me some and after 5 mins I asked the get some. Another girl brought some out. She got the $5 tip not Ms. Rude.
