  Picture is outdated... I visited around 7:30pm to be ignored twice by an apparently over-busied manager and again by a lost wondering employee. Simply waiting for two drinks. There was only one family of 4 in the dining area, prioritized over myself at the counter and two cars in the drive-thru. From the bit I could see and hear; an amateurly frantic crew spazzed over a messy, piled up kitchen with their little relative work in fast food comparison. If I was any bit stupider I'd think they were fighting back there. To continue, as I went to fill my drink I noticed the station hadn't been serviced either. There weren't any drink tops and one of the machines didn't have ice. (The tea kettles looked grimy and disgusting too) When I grumbled in minor upset, another customer appeared and voiced his frustrations also- "yeah, I decided to give this place one last chance!"... And before you accuse me of not understanding the struggle, I've worked several food service establishments. Sonic, saladworks, Starbucks, and chili's. This experience was hilariously disappointing.

  McDonalds is McDonalds. I never expect to much. But I do expect my order to be checked before handing it out. The last 3 visits at least one item has been missing which is frustrating when we are in a hurry... They do fix it but taking the time to check the orders before you hand them out the window would solve this issue. The FRYS are fresh and salty one day then the next they soggy w/ zero salt... Last week I stopped twice and the soda machine was down so no carbonated drinks could be purchased..... I don't know if BOTH the lobby and drivethru machine was down but I think it was unlikely both would be down at the same time & the staff just did'nt want to go use the one in the lobby.... *I will say that The employees are always nice and the drivethru is quick.... TORI & RACHEL are fabulous.. :)

  This McDonald's was very nasty. It's at 5:35 pm. Every table in the place was dirty. No one but the 3 of us in the dining area. Employees goofing off , had to wait before employee ever came over to take our order. Never no greeting. Trash cans were all full of trash. The restroom 🚺 looked like it had never been cleaned during the day. I live 5 miles up the road and I will not return until things have changed. The price we paid for the 3 of us was not worth the money.

  Manager on 2/10/26 at 2:00 went above and beyond for me and the customer behind me. Really appreciate it
