The staff have been nothing but helpful, kind, and respectful to me, but I will say I have seen them talk to other employees in a tense manner. None the less, If I have ever had an issue it was always handled properly, respectfully, and quickly. This is definitely the best mcdonalds I have ever been to. Thank you to those who work there:)

Most of the time we are running non stop and dont really have time to sit in line and double check everything when it really isn't that hard to get the right order in the bag. This has happened at the blountville tn location more than any other ones and it's just ridiculous.
- TOTim OwensDec 11, 20251.0If I could I would give zero stars. Had 3 people in front of us to order and took 30 minutes to place our order. After placing our order for our food and waiting 49 minutes I asked the manager how much longer on our food. He went to check and said they didn't place our order. I showed him the receipt where we ordered and we were going to be put at the end of the order list. So I asked for a refund which he refused to give me until I threatened to call the police. Then he decided to give me a refund with a very bad attitude. As we turned to leave another customer approached the manager for her money back because she sat waiting for an hour for her food after placing her order on line. When she finally got her food it wasn't even what she ordered. By far worst experience I have ever had with any kind of customer service.
