Spent almost $20 on food tonight, even told them that we had had a previous negative experience with a quesadilla the time before… so I made sure to asked them to make sure they actually put chicken in it this time. We also ordered supreme tacos, got home and you couldn’t put less in a taco if you tried. They also forgot tomatoes, and sour cream on all of my supreme tacos. Been here multiple times and had the same experience won’t be back.

This was the first time I stopped at this store and obviously the first impression I wouldn't have even ranked a one but that's the lowest we can go here. I stopped in with my 80 year old friend from church. I would have made a big deal had I been alone and really pushed the issue of being treated terribly but didn't want to make a scene in front of my friend. The only good part was that I don't have to eat at this store every day, and that the young man who took my order was very nice. I definitely will never go to the store again and it was solely because of how the older lady manager treated me. I went in at about 2:34 p.m. Eastern standard Time on Saturday November 1st 2025. We ordered two drinks and our burritos from the kiosk. As I mentioned, the young man who brought our food to the counter was polite and friendly. I always try to look for the good but it went downhill from here. My special request and exact words to the young man were, could I please get a small black bowl with onions.. He responded Yes and went to the back. Note that we had already paid with a credit card for our food and spent nearly $10 at the kiosk. We filled our drinks and brought our food to the table and I went back up to get my onions. He didn't have my onions but apparently had talked to the manager and was proceeding to ring up and charge for onions which is a cheap Petty thing to do for onions that cost basically nothing. Think of all the people that hate onions and you take them off their Taco Bell products,, do you give them back their money because you took the onions off? Of course not! I'm not sure why managers especially are so darn letter of the law and this has happened for many years at numerous Taco bells, usually franchise stores. It's not the money but it's the principal and it's just not good business and definitely doesn't make customers feel good. I say pick your battles and instead of creating conflict build relationships. It's not like I was asking for double meat or a pile of extra cheese most would expect to pay for. And this is not because of recent costs in food going up either because it's happened way way way before covid ever happened. When he started to ring up for the onions I said cancel that .. I don't want them and I'm going to evaluate this store accordingly and negatively online. The young man went back and told his manager that I didn't want the onions but what happened next was really what made me mad and was totally inappropriate. The manager came up to the counter with a very very small container with onions and slammed them on the counter in witness of my friend and I. I thought the little container was going to open up but it didn't. Then she muttered some smart aleck words as she turned around and went back to the food preparation line. I could hear her talking negatively but really not hearing everything except that it was not positive about me. A very unprofessional and disappointing manager modeling poor behavior to hourly workers.. she should be ashamed of herself and owes me and my friend a face-to-face apology. I doubt if I'll ever get that. And if that franchise or restaurant does write an apology back here it will probably be a generic apology and not genuine. I wonder what corporate Taco Bell would think about this type of behavior
