  The slowest McDonald’s in Bartlett. Even if you place an online order or if you’re using the app you will not receive your order in time. This will be my last time spending money at this location.

  Was 2nd in line at the drive thru, and they asked me to pull up because they needed to make fries. About 10 cars came and went over the next 15 minutes, so I got the kids out of the car and went in. They told me they were still waiting on fries. Hard to believe that 0/10 cars behind me that came and went ordered fries at 5:50 pm. Anyway, it took 25 minutes, and my "Fresh" fries were cold and mushy.

  ONE OF THE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE MEMPHIS AREA.. ANYTIME I HAVE EVER TRIED TO GO HERE THE LINE NEVER MOVES IN THE DRIVE THRU...... WASTE OF TIME...

  I waited in the lobby for over half an hour for my food, and when I finally got it they said nothing about the wait. When I asked what can they do about it, the manager took my food and offered a refund and said that I could order it again and they'll remake it. So now here I am 40 minutes later without any food cause there is no way I'm waiting another half hour

  Food has been fresh & still hot, especially the fries which is great!! Service is friendly, helpful & quick 85% of the time & the location on stage rd usually has working ice cream/frappe machine! Atmosphere is good, quiet, clean & pleasant to be in. Drive thru is speedy & rarely have to "pull forward" & wait, but it is crowded around lunch hour 🤣
