I went there a couple days ago and ordered 3 happy meals.... Super simple order... cheeseburgers plain with fries. 1 meal was correct. The second meal did not have cheese on the burger(which I paid extra). The 3rd meal.... OH BOY.... There was NO BURGER, NO CHEESE. It was a plain bun with 2 tiny pieces of bacon on it. What the heck???? Who would put something like that in a child's happymeal without checking it. I was dumbfounded when I saw it. Try.... just a tiny bit to get things right. Reported to the corporate office. BTW, the receipt on the order was clearly 3 burgers, Plain + Cheese. Ordered on the app and still waited 20+ minutes for the wrong order.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this location around noon today and would like a response from management.
There were no cars in line, yet the employee I dealt with (Bryan) was immediately rude and dismissive. My order was entered incorrectly, and when I tried to politely correct it, he repeatedly interrupted me and told me to pull around before I could finish speaking.
At the window, the behavior escalated. Bryan continued interrupting me, called me a “Karen,” and asked if I was going to pay before allowing me to explain the issue.
I chose not to complete my order and left. I also attempted to call the store and received no answer.
This is not acceptable customer service, and I would appreciate a response from management regarding how this will be addressed.

Firstly we went through the drive through to get a simple meal for our family of 3 which wasn’t bad, but the person who took our order was so rude to us the whole time that I thought about telling my partner to let’s just leave. Then, we got to the second window and she said something really fast and then walked off and we didn’t hear her properly which resulted in us going to the wrong spot for our order. Lastly, we got home and half of our order was incorrect. I don’t usually write bad reviews like this because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the sheer rudeness out of this establishment was wild. We were kind and we apologized, but the workers here were so disrespectful we won’t be returning.
