  The night staff was so rude. I placed an order and it said 5-10 min, I assumed it wouldn’t be ready that fast so I waited. My order was ready and sitting there but when I went to get my food the guy was so rude about them not having my order and I must’ve placed it at the wrong location, he didn’t check to see if it was there now did he offer to make it or come up with a solution just straight up we don’t got it so figure it out yourself.

  Ordered 20 wings and 3 flavors but only got 17 wings I guess counting wings is the hardest part at Wingstop Definitely will not come back

  Not a good experience. We were first ones there for dinner but took them 25 mins to get us our food. There were 22 people waiting on food when we left. Fries were under done. Parm garlic was fried chicken covered in garlic salt and parm cheese sprinkles. Staff was in the back cutting up. No urgency at all. Oh.. and they left off a kids fry that we paid for. We were so frustrated we didn't bother to tell them and left.

  I hadn’t had Wingstop in 2 to 3 years, because the last time I did, I got really sick. But when this new location opened up, I was willing to give it another go. I will tell you, this location is definitely better. The service was great, the food tasted fresh and was cooked well. Will definitely be stopping by here again for future purchases!

  This location just opened and had the same service wingstop is known for. Bad. All food was stone cold as if it was in the freezer. Ordered $71worth of food and got a $5 value. Was missing 2 fries one seasoned one with lemon pepper and 10 garlic parmesan wings. Called the store an after saying my food was cold someone in the background said "ain't no way" an hung up On me. Called again just to be told I'd have to bring it all back for them to remake it. I'm at work and only allowed a 30 minute lunch. It's been 16 minutes out of 30 by the time I'm told I have to bring it back. Wasn't just my food was also my co workers as well. I don't have another hour to wait on incompetence to do what a child could do. All the employees should rethink their career choices and pursue a different path because food service doesn't seem fit. Update - a manager I guess refunded half my order even though the entire order was not a quality product and refuses to acknowledge it was not one customers order his brand new crew that he just hired messed up. It was 4 customers total. Lady's and gentlemen if you would like a quality product in this area go to JD's wings at 7546 US-70 #108, Bartlett, TN 38133. Your food will always be hot and will get your full value that you payed for.
