    I came to this location thinking I would grab a coffee and work for a few hours. The smell of this place is unbearable (I didn't make it 15 minutes before I left). I got there at 9:00 a.m. and there was so much food and trash on the floors, it was clear they never cleaned up from the day prior coupled with the homeless people outside and inside charging their phones, avoid this location.

    Really disappointed in my experience here. I placed a pick up order in advance for 8:30 pm. I arrived exactly on time to pick up mine and my husbands dinner and they locked the doors early. I tried calling - no answer. I tried knocking - they kept telling me they were closed. Even though online says 9 pm? And I already paid for my mobile order? Really disappointing after a long day at work.

    Hours online said open till 9pm. Hours posted on the door say 9pm. We got there at 7:57 pm and the door was locked and workers were walking around inside.

    The most awful attitudes of employees and their manager can be found at this Panera location on Hwy 64. They constantly foul up orders and then slam down what is missing from your order instead of adding the ingredients. The customer is right but not here. The manager will snap at you as well supporting her staff instead of finding out what the issue is so she is a joke also. Do not support this location. It deserves to be closed.
