- RSRebecca SimmonsMar 1, 20265.0We drive further to come to this location because it is much better than the Cordova location. The staff are very friendly, the service is fast, and they have a great selection of bagels, fresh bread, etc. We like to eat breakfast here and they make amazing avocado toast, using plenty of avocado. They even have a selection of tea bags to use with their hot water. We're sip club members, and they have a wide selection of drinks and multiple milk choices for your coffee and tea. The atmosphere is nice. They have a fireplace that is perfect on cold days. And the restaurant is very clean. I highly recommend choosing this location!

I got there at 9:00 a.m. and there was so much food and trash on the floors, it was clear they never cleaned up from the day prior coupled with the homeless people outside and inside charging their phones, avoid this location.
