  Krispy Kreme — I’ve got to be honest, I have a bit of a bone to pick with this location. When this place first opened years ago, the service was fantastic and the Original Glazed iced coffee was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, over time the consistency has noticeably gone downhill. The Hot Donuts sign doesn’t seem to be on nearly as often as it used to be, and the Original Glazed iced coffee tastes much more bitter than it once did. That drink should taste like a glazed donut — sweet, smooth, and balanced — but lately the bitter notes in the coffee overpower the flavor. I find myself having to ask for extra pumps of simple syrup or other adjustments just to get the taste close to how it used to be. Honestly, customers shouldn’t have to modify a signature drink every time just to make it right. It really feels like at one point this location had everything dialed in perfectly, but somewhere along the way things changed when new staff started doing things differently. I’m hoping the team can get back to that original consistency because when this place is at its best, it’s truly excellent.

  This Krispy Kreme closes 2 hours before time every night. They are scheduled to close according to the website at 10pm. They close every night at 8pm in store and the drive thru. They don't honor the online orders . The workers get upset when they are asked about the deals.

  March 3, 2026- My grandson and I drove thru the Krispy Kreme located in Bartlett TN @ 6072 Stage Rd. I ordered 1 dozen doughnuts + a 10 count doughnut dot cup. The drive thru sign advertised it as follows: "when purchasing any regular-priced dozen doughnuts, add-on 10 count doughnut cup for $2.49" I was charged $17.49 (dozen) + $4.69 (10count dot) = $22.18 plus tax =$24.34. (overcharged by $2.36) This is not a lot of $, but when I ask the manager, she said it was a promotion,.. never offered to refund the differ, or take the dot cup back. .. I don't typically write reviews, but she was not very nice, and basically could care less- not managerial at all. I will never return to Krispy Kreme in Bartlett TN.

  These doughnuts use to be so good. The quality has gone down. Maybe it's just this location. But the quality is definitely not the same.
