This chipotle has some of the most patient and understanding workers I've ever met. I mistakingly placed a pick up order at the wrong location (a location that was 3 hours away) and because of chipotle's policy I wasn't able to cancel it online or in store. While I can say the customer care i received from the chipotlane 1800 # was AWFUL, the care i received IN-STORE at this location was FANTASTIC!! thank you all for you're patience and attentiveness.

This all started 3 days ago. I ordered my bowl, got home and as I started eating it, the rice was rock hard and undercooked. The fajita veggies were raw and undercooked as well so I reached out to support since I placed my order online. The bowl was inedible and going in the trash so support put a free entree on my account. So I returned to this same location tonight and decided to use the reward to order the same exact bowl. Picked my order up and the employee who fixed my bowl literally gave me 1/3rd of the food that any customer would usually receive. You can’t even see the rice because that’s how non-existent it is. The employee gave me 5 kernels of corn salsa, 3 tomatoes of pico, 6 pieces of chicken, 4 fajita veggies, a sliver of barbacoa, and 7 thinly sliced romaine pieces. My order was double protein, extra corn salsa, extra pico, extra fajitas veggies, brown rice, romaine and as you can see in the picture below I received bird scrapings. It almost feels like I was retaliated against for letting support know I had issue with the undercooked & raw food I received the first time around. I will not be back and I will make sure I let others know to never frequent this location. I just saw the 1.8 star reviews and I would advise anyone to listen to those of us who been already been here, GO ELSEWHERE!

In all fairness, it’s more fuel than food. If you go through the drive thru, you’ll get dietary proportions and possibly the wrong order. If you come inside to get your to go order you get to watch your food prep person load you up. I should say that this Chipotle suffers from the same problem as all their locations. Everything in the prep area can be seen by everyone, so yes you can see them reheating bagged food in a boiler, the prep guy wiping his nose on his arm, another worker handling full food pans without gloves and an ungloved worker using a soapy towel to clean between the food pans. Getting people to work in a full view kitchen has got to be tough. Sorry, but I am that guy that notices everything. I saw a lot of people getting their food to go. But if your dining in, you would see a lots of tables and counters that needed a clean up. Since I came just before the 5 pm rush, I would have expected the dining area to be cleaning. Prices on beverages are high. I noticed that Los Cabo’s parking lot was full and Tommy’s parking lot was almost full. They have different menus and really don’t compare. I can’t say I cared for the Dance Club music, but the staff danced to it.

Chipotle closes at 11pm. I arrived at 9:15pm excited to eat with my family but left with NO food and full of disappointment because the manager during this shift (red braids) had instructed the line members not to put out more food. Before ordering I was told we have NO salad, fajitas, corn, cheese, or vinaigrette and will not be refilling it. The manager had a terrible attitude and had no care for the customers in line. All she cared about was making sure they were prepared to close ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE ACTUAL CLOSING TIME. If you are going to close the line down at 9:15 and not provide the food that you are supposed to actually sale then stop advertising 11pm as your closing time. Again, the manager was rude. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE.

Online order Steak Quesadilla…stale and cold. I’m literally two minutes away by feet..I ordered for inconvenience, I guess. Service….I did not expect to wait 20 minutes for an online order. It was probably unrealistic to also expect decent customer interactions with the staff that was present tonight. To add injury to insult, they slammed the window closed and literally bucked at me and my passengers. We’re in Bartlett near Chik fil A where customer service is nearly ethereal. I, however, called for almost an hour to no avail. Finally, online customer support offered me a free drink. Yeah. Do better. Please.
