I just got blank stares so after an awkward moment I just said okay it’s fine his name is not on there. I thought they gave me the wrong size cake and instead of looking up my order for me I had to go back to the car to get my phone to look myself. But the order was correct other than forgetting to write my sons my name. 35 bucks even in today economy 40 if you count tax was a lot for the tiny cake I got but my son had been getting that same came cake for at least the last 10 or 12 years. I went to the frozen fridge to look at other cakes thinking I might need to buy one of those options in addition to what I have and I was in the pathway from behind the counter to the fridge because they have no room there in that area a table backs right up to fridge and another costumer was looking at cake as well. Anyway, the girl working there said very rudely in a clearly irritated voice could you move, not could you please move in a friendly voice. There were also 3 young high school or college age ladies working and they did have costumers but weren’t excessively busy. The day I ordered online the Wolfchase location I usually use was temporarily closed and I have ordered with them before no issues and much friendlier. I know they would have offered to add my son’s name to his cake.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
