I want to give full props to Christian. I spent over 15 years in retail management and Christian displayed EVERY attribute of people I used to want on my team. He was courteous, engaged, attentive, listened well, friendly, communicated well with his team, and obviously cared about my experience as a guest. He did a phenomenal job and should be commended.
If you have food allergies GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Usually chipotle is a safe bet with celiac disease, but this woman touched the INSIDE of my burrito bowl immediately after grabbing a tortilla for someone else, after I had just asked for clean gloves. She insisted she couldn’t give me veggies when I could see veggies at the other bar behind her for drive thru. Scoops went between the containers instead of being one for each item. Then she wouldn’t even let my husband and I pay together, ringing me up alone and snapping at me to move out of the way. My husband said his wasn’t great, and they were out of several of the ingredients he wanted. HORRIBLE experience, leaving me with an expensive meal I couldn’t even eat. I guess my husband has leftovers for lunch tomorrow 🙄

The food was good, however I received the worst service ever. I work in the food industry, and this might be the worst service I've seen. The older short lady, had the worst attitude every time I come into this location. Improve your customer service skills, and stop giving your guest bad experiences. It leaves an impact on the rest of their days.

So if you order something to go then they're willing to hand it to you at the window, but if your doordash they're not. Doordash IS the same as togo. It's just someone else picking it up for the customer, but its still togo. Either way the customer didn't eat it in the actual restaurant. Its still togo wether the customer picks it up or pays some one to. What's the difference. That lady gave me a hard time for no reason. White, heavier, brown hair, approximately 50 something, and blue eyes. 3/18/26 between 5:30-6:30pm.
She's not happy and she doesn't want anyone else to be either. Parents didn't do a good job.
Ordered on app, showed up when app said it was ready. It hadn't been made yet (no problem) I then over heard they were out of a dressing, which was a part my order would need. Then was told they were out of white rice as well. I said brown would suffice. Then waited another 15min while the whole place was on stand by waiting for more rice to be prepared. THEN after that wait I was informed Al pastor was also out. (this is 8:30 on a Friday night) many people in line waiting. I asked to just cancel my order, I was informed that due to it being a mobile app order they cant cancel it in the store to refund. I asked to speak to the manager and was told "she's over there, but she's busy". I left without my order or refund. Overall the staff was polite, whole place seemed chaotic and unorganized. This place just opened and you'd think its been on the decline for years.
