  Highly suggest avoiding this McDonald’s, the food is good but the service is TERRIBLE. Save yourself the aggravation and go next door to CFA.

  Today we decided to try something after having multiple poor experiences at this location. We wanted to see simply if we would be thanked. The result today- not one person thanked us, they didn’t give me my sandwich and our fries were only filled half way. So sad that this location is doing so poorly.

  It's FREEZING in here. As always. Feels like 60°, it's 70 and raining this morning. Has been super cold inside this McD for ever. Mgmt doesn't mind losing customers to the new CHICK-FIL-A next door or the old BURGER KING up the road. Excuse: they can't control the temp locally.

  I went today. I haven’t went in YEARS. I normally don’t eat McDonald’s but I was getting food for my mom. Today they reminded me why I DONT eat there. Too many kids working there playing around and not doing their job. It seems to be no adult on staff. I was in lane 1 for at least 10 mins waiting for them to take my order. I said hello several times. So when I saw the 2nd lane constantly going and I was still there I went around and got in the 2nd lane. As soon as I got in the second, the 1st lane took the car that was behind me initially before mine. When I asked if something was wrong with the 1st lane she laughed and said “oh someone just told me it was on” (idk what that meant) then I get to the pick up and all I hear is a bunch of playing behind the girl. PLEASE HIRE MORE workers with HOSPITALITY skills.
