- TTTarna TackettDec 23, 20251.0First we walked in and straight to the counter with no one else in line. We weren’t greeted and it took about 3 minutes for someone to come from the back to take our order. Daughter ordered new dipping burritos. When she got them we asked for the sauce to dip them in and they were out without telling us before order. My $5.50 cantina chicken quesadilla was cold and not even melted. Had to ask for our drinks because their machine was down and they didn’t get them for us. Called a number that wasn’t even on our ticket and put our food in the DoorDash order bin. I waited for a bit to see if anyone else grabbed it before I checked the bag and it was our order….. all together. Very bad experience. The store is clean and freezing.

However the female never informed me that the toco bell side was reopening and that there was a 15 min wait on food with 9 orders ahead of me. Had I knew I would have just gotten the KFC side which was ready. That being said once I received my food, an chicken quesadilla & Mexican pizza the food was hot, well made and satisfying.
