    I wanted 2 peices if chicken, they said they can only sell a meal. A ckicken store that cant sell chicken, really? I asked for 1 leg and 1 breast, i got 2 legs which tasted like they were cooked yesterday and got charged for a 2 peice meal. Now i remember why I havent eaten here in a year.

    Regretfully I visited this place at 8pm and assumed since they were making fresh chicken that the place was equipped to do business... However the female never informed me that the toco bell side was reopening and that there was a 15 min wait on food with 9 orders ahead of me. Had I knew I would have just gotten the KFC side which was ready. That being said once I received my food, an chicken quesadilla & Mexican pizza the food was hot, well made and satisfying.

    We’re done with this location. Orders are always made wrong, food is missing, and it’s usually cold. On top of that, the wait times are ridiculous. Paying for food and not getting what you ordered, or having to eat it cold after a long wait is beyond frustrating. This location seriously needs better management and staff training because it is a consistent disappointment.

    Today was the 2nd time recently that we went here and everyone was outside hanging out so we waited for a while to be helped but that never happened.The employees had their cars blocking the parking spots both times as well. Service here is the absolute worst. We won't be back. I'd go to Covington if I just wanted Taco Bell that bad.
