I only ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger, it took forever to get the burger and when I did the burger was cold and had too much ketchup and mayo on it. I think I will just go across the street to Chick-fil-A. You guys need to step it up. This happened and you only had at least 5 cars on the entire parking alot. Not even an apology for the long wait time, and I still tipped the car hop, she was polite.
