She messed up part of our order, which was understandable because it was a large order. When we went to correct our order she became very hostile in her language and attitude. She had poor knowledge of the menu and tried to argue that what we had ordered something that “isn’t even a thing.” However my friend pointed out on the menu that it was in fact an item you can order at this establishment. She did everything except for correct our order, she inferred that we were lying because we just felt like it. We tried to be respectful and reasonable with her, even giving her the benefit of the doubt but she kept getting more and more disrespectful towards us. When the argument started to escalate the manager stepped in and corrected our order. I hope immediate action was taken against that worker because there is absolutely no excuse for that level of hostility when all we wanted was some ice cream for my friends little siblings. This is the first time I have experienced something like this at this establishment, or any fast food place really, and I hope that immediate corrective action is taken so I won’t have to deal with it again and other hard working people who just want some ice cream don’t have to deal with that ever. I hope this review gets to the right person and the appropriate corrective action takes place asap.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a chocolate chip shake and gotten a chocolate malt. The help told me they didn’t make chocolate chip shakes although Dairy Queen’s everywhere have been making them for 40 years I know of. Just not a good experience.
