This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a chocolate chip shake and gotten a chocolate malt. The help told me they didn’t make chocolate chip shakes although Dairy Queen’s everywhere have been making them for 40 years I know of. Just not a good experience.

Ice cream was literally running down the cup and the banana split was more like banana soup because it was completely melted. Only thing cold in the entire order was the cheese curds. Very disappointed in the product we received after spending over $20

When asked if she could have the ice cream remade, they said she'd have to go back through the line. Super unprofessional and poor execution of service.
