- DSDonna StewartFeb 25, 20261.0Got here before 8:30. The open sign is on and 2 employees sitting in a booth, but the door is locked! This is after going to the subway located in Walmart in Athens TN and seeing their employees hanging out outside of Walmart for more than an hour and a half!

I know sometimes you are tired and all that but no customer deserves the attitude when they just ask for changing gloves. Made me hate subways

- SBScott BennettMar 16, 20211.0This place has poor management. I went during the lunch hour through the drive thru. When I arrived there was no line inside the building and two cars infront of me. I waited in line for 15 minutes. When I arrived at the window I was promptly told the drive thru was closed and needed to come inside because there was a long line inside. I was on my lunch break and already wasted a substantial portion of it in line only to be refused service. If you cannot manage the drive thru and internal store at the same time then the drive thru should be removed.
