  Stopped in at 9 am on Sunday morning. The dinning room had not been cleaned from the night or day before. French fries left on the table. Bathrooms had not been cleaned in who knows how long.

  My experience here was HORRIBLE. My friend were treated like she was stupid by not only the crew but also the management. Me and my friend both had mobile orders however I was not with her, but I was within three miles of the store which is the requirement. She first tells them her code at the drive thru, then she tells them mine. They go on to say that they don’t have mine on our end. I am looking at the order on my phone with the right location, paid, and have a code. They start becoming very rude when she tells them that we have our receipt and they start saying that they can’t see it so it doesn’t matter. They then ask her if she wants to order it again. Mind you, we had already paid for our order and am looking at the receipt. They will not listen to her and are just being EXTREMELY rude. Especially the manager, who in my opinion should fix the situation and not be getting upset and aggravated about it. They say a lot of rude things to her and are act very mean and eventually basically throw the food at her and then she hears the manager walk of and say “I’m done, I’m out of here”?

  Got an order this morning & they handed me a “large” smoothie that I order but half was missing & when I asked about it she laugh shut the window door.

  On march 14th 2026 8:15 I was sitting inside this store and as an employee had exit the bathroom he seen he had a piece of tape on the bottom of his shoe, and proceeded to rip it off and not wash his hands, then he proceeds to carry stuff out to what I’m guessing is a storage closet and smells his hands over and over

  Tonight me and my husband went to McDonald's in Athens. My husband went in to order. He noticed a young woman laying in the floor unconscious with a guy rubbing her head. My husband ordered got our drinks. He walked up to the guy and asked if anyone had called 911. NOBODY had called. She was breathing but unresponsive. I was outside in our vehicle and my husband came out and asked me to call 911. He went back inside. A firetruck and an ambulance got there and the manager wanted to know who called 911. He was clearly irritated that someone had called 911. 2 employees came from the back asking why was a firetruck and ambulance there. The manager said get back in the back and do your job! Not one person had called 911! When EMS loaded her up she was still unresponsive! How sad people are so uncaring. Whoever owns that McDonald's needs to know what kind of manager they have!
