He stopped what he was doing in the lobby, to come to the counter and graciously accept our order. We could have used the kiosk, but he chose to serve us with a smile. It's not easy to be an older person in this high tech modern world! But it IS easy to be kind. I wish I knew his name, so I could give kudos to the right person.
