  HORRIBLE, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED AN ORDER HERE FOR $134 and I was trying to call a cancel it but they didn’t answer the phone and I am 70 miles away. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Do better.

  This review is primarily for the owner of this franchise. This store has always been clean and manager is a delightful woman. However, I am so sick and tired of buying a $10+ SANDWICH and I can't have any extra vegetables on my sandwich. This owner won't allow more than like 3 olives on a LARGE sandwich. They are not allowed to put on a very tiny handful of onions. It is absolutely ridiculous to me that they have become so incredibly stingy on a full price sandwich. When you ask if you can pay for extra, the answer is "no", they don't have an "extra" button on the register. Therefore, I will not be buying sandwiches from any of this franchisees stores any longer, even if it is all of the Athens stores. If I can't have $.10 worth of extra onions on my $10-$12 sandwich they don't deserve my business or my hard earned money!

  Rude people, didn’t speak to me, and when I asked for more salt and pepper the lady said “only so much comes out of these you know” will never go back here. If I could give it 0 stars I would. 100% do not recommend you coming here.

  went to subway today me and my family ordered 3 subs and a salad we get to the end to pay and the woman sue refused to take our 100 dollar bill and tryed to tell use we needed to go 3 stored down to get 20s and we wanted to know what the different was money is money am I right her name was sue she was so rude and started yelling at us

  So where here getting 4 sub Sandwiches. And I asked for Spinach and she puts a handful on and it get all in my meatball Mariana sandwich and she picks the spinach up out if my sandwich and puts spinach that has Mariana sauce all over it and places it back in the pan where the spinach goes. This was so disgusting and Nasty. They have done this before a out 2 years ago and I called them and told them and said they are. It suppose to do that I was like you think.. I refuse to eat here Again and no one else should ad well. You can tell she was counting the spinach. Hey subway stop being cheap and risking people getting sick...
