- JKJay Ma KhodiyarDec 13, 20251.0I had a very bad experience at Subway today. I ordered a 6-inch Veggie Delite sandwich. I did not add cheese to my sandwich. I only asked for extra sauce. However, I was charged for cheese, even though I clearly did not take it. When I tried to explain this, the lady working there spoke to me very rudely, which made the experience even worse. I am very disappointed with this behavior and the incorrect charge. I am requesting Subway headquarters to please look into this matter and take appropriate action. IF I WOULD I WELL GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!!

I just found out today from my sisters who have went there about the same amount of times in the same time span and said they never had a problem with it when they went. Ridiculous.

I’m not sure what her name was, but we visited on a Wednesday afternoon. Thank you for your superb customer service skills! The food was great too!
