    The wait times are AWFUL. There’s only one out two cars there at times and it’s still a 30 min wait time EVERY TIME. It’s been like that for months not sure why but I didn’t get all of my food in an order and by the time I got the rest of the order the other food was cold. Do better

    Thr food at Sonic has really gone down hill in the last year or so. They can't get orders correct either. They don't have the regular #1 and #2 burgers either. Just won't be going to Sonic any longer.

    Food most of the time is already not warm. Also even if they arent busy and only ordering a drink it can take 30 minutes to get one large drink.

    Hire more staff or do your scheduling better because I waited over 30 minutes for one mobile order combo meal ended up having to call customer service for a refund and that was a nightmare. At least come out and check in on people or update them if you’re a manager.
