- LRLegit Rage4 days ago1.0Ordered some food yesterday Large pizza and boneless wings. after an hour and a half no food so i called. and called. and called. and after 37 minutes we got in touch they had no idea where my food went so they will make more and give me a 20 credit to my account. i tried today to use that credit and the call center they use said no we cannot do this for you and transferred me to the store. after 18 minutes i finally got in and tried to explain, only to be given attitude and interrupted by the employee on the phone and told directly " she didnt have time to address me or what i was trying to do/use (which was my credit) she informed me they had people not show up to work and there is people inside the building so she will Not be taking my order at this time or bothering with the credit. i was told to "call back later".. Customer Service doesnt really exist here.. if your hungry and busy as i was today i dont suggest wasting your time trying to get anything here as it will only be met with attitude.

Going above and beyond the scope of her duties to ensure that I was taken care of! Customer service at its finest in my opinion. Also the pizza and bread sticks were amazing.
