  I hope this finds the owner for them to figure out what kind of management they have running there store. The Athens location literally had a unresponsive female in the lobby floor and nobody had called 911. So a customer called then the manger gets a attitude bc they called for help.

  To the manger that let the person on the ground almost die and did nothing and got mad because someone called 911 I have you on video and corporate has been contacted and legal actions are being taken have w good day

  Tonight me and my husband went to McDonald's in Athens. My husband went in to order. He noticed a young woman laying in the floor unconscious with a guy rubbing her head. My husband ordered got our drinks. He walked up to the guy and asked if anyone had called 911. NOBODY had called. She was breathing but unresponsive. I was outside in our vehicle and my husband came out and asked me to call 911. He went back inside. A firetruck and an ambulance got there and the manager wanted to know who called 911. He was clearly irritated that someone had called 911. 2 employees came from the back asking why was a firetruck and ambulance there. The manager said get back in the back and do your job! Not one person had called 911! When EMS loaded her up she was still unresponsive! How sad people are so uncaring. Whoever owns that McDonald's needs to know what kind of manager they have!

  Literally have employees ordering food on another register while the sweet older lady working the register is trying to take orders. You have workers standing around not doing anything while the much older employees here are doing the work. This is a occurrence every time we come here to eat.

  My wife is getting me and my family dinner, she has been at this location for almost an hour and a half. He said he was down 5 people and there was a baseball tournament with 900 people, I don’t think 900 of them went to McDonalds. Worst McDonalds I’ve been too and longest wait for any restaurant, fast food or sit down. They need help if people need a job.
