- JWJohn Wilson1 day ago4.0My first time ever going to Dutch Bros Coffee. Friendly order taker at the walk-up exterior window. I was dissapointed to find out that there was not a dining area as I had assumed during the recent construction of this new location. Plenty of parking in the parking lot for employees. Handicapped parking is located away from the walk-up exterior window as can be seen in the "aerial" photo. The parking places nearer the walk-up exterior window have a high curb. The small hot coffees we got were priced at $5.65 each before sales tax. Small cups are 12 ounces at various places. The coffee flavor was very good. Mine was carmalized mocha. The other coffee was coconut and mocha and she liked hers too. Dutch Bros Coffee is a good place to get coffee.

The Broistas are super friendly and give great recommendations when asked. They know their drinks. Hope they continue to grow. The wait times may be a little long at times because they are still learning but patience will be well rewarded.

It is new, so there were some growing pains with the wait, but I think that can also be due to customers in front taking a bit longer to order due to unfamiliarity with the menu. Should pick up speed as they get settled!

When you boast about faster service for ordering on the app then put effort into that. Three times I have ordered on the app and every single time it's 7-14 minutes after the app advises. When you are on a lunch break that is a big wait. I will give it a few months a try again.

With any new business, there's going to be learning curves so I understand mistakes happen and it takes time!! Based on the reviews I see now, I can pretty confidently say it was probably "user error" with these people and their bad experiences. The drive-thru can be confusing. People in this town are stuck up their own butts so far they have issues comprehending anything new. The first time we went, we ended up leaving because the person in front of us had no understanding of how to merge drive-thru lanes and refused to move his car LOL. The coffee has been yummy both times. My husband drove his motorcycle and I'm not sure if this is normal but they even put stickers on the drinks so they wouldn't spill! That was so nice. I'm also not sure of names but the girl who took our order the first time was sooo kind and the guy at the window was the sweetest burst of energy.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
