  Worst ever I've ever been to order incorrect left out food didn't even bring the food I requested or any sauces I requested don't go here

  We are new to the area and loved our local sonic a couple towns over. This is the 5th time I have been to this location now that we live down the street and if I have one positive it’s the they are consistent: Extremely slow (average time to get your food is 20 minutes) and every time they have gotten our order wrong or forgotten an item on the order. I must be the definition of insane because I keep going back thinking “it must have just been a busy day” or “maybe someone was out sick and they are short staffed” but every time I come back, I am disappointed. Again, I love sonic, but this location needs to step it up…

  Visited for breakfast and ordered two breakfast burritos and tots. The store was not very busy but waited about 15-20 minutes. At one point they apologized for the wait. After receiving my order and driving back to our hotel which was less than 5 minutes away, we discovered that our burritos had a small amount of egg, no sausage and a ton of jalapeños and chunky onions. The food was also not fresh whatsoever. My husband took the food back and they remade this time with sausage but now missing the tots. One of the worst Sonic experiences ever

  Showed on Saturday 3/7/26 @ 8:45pm placed my order. Server gave me a total of $20 & some change. Waited 30 minutes then spoke to her again. She stated," yeah sorry only 3 people working it should be out shortly". 10 more minutes went by, she came out and ask what we ordered as she does not see it. Told her & she said "sorry, we have been having trouble with all the order screens outside, give me a few minutes and we will get it out to you". At that point decided to leave as it had already been 40 minutes and I need to go home. Very disappointed as I was trying to get my son dinner that had been traveling on greyhound for a large portion of the day. For a Saturday night they should have more people working and fix the screens.
