  Had to wait a while even through it said our server was on the way. I didn't mind the wait, but I did mind the false hope that we were getting our food super fast.

  I ordered a cheeseburger and it was loaded with mustard and the bread was over toasted and hard. The tater tots I ordered were so cold I fed them to my dog. I will never give y'all a tip again. 🤮

  Ordered my food and waited and waited, understandably they were short staffed. 5 to 6 other cars arrived after me and got their food before me and when I finally got my food it was cold. I gave 3 stars because they remade the food but it still took another 10 minutes and I got a free food coupon for next time. I love this Sonic and I hope they get the people they need to run efficiently.

  I know they are probably short handed, but dont expect “fast food”. The food is usually very good though!

  This is the second time in the last couple of months that I have visited the store. The first time the service was slow and the breakfast burrito was very skimpy. Not what I expected for the price as I could have done better at home. The second time was today and I ordered the same thing. I waited for twenty minutes before just leaving after the food never came out. I did not pay as I normally would have because the credit card reader did not work at my stall. They evidently just had two people working inside the store as the one taking orders was the one delivering food. There was a third person in the parking lot pressure washing the lot. Why oh why could that person not go inside and help. The customer comes first. You need to either fire the manager or close the store. I will not be back!
