  I know that the Jeffers family owns both of the McDonald’s in Arlington, Tennessee, but I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a level of disconnect between two places in my life. I drive 5 miles out of my way to go to the first McDonald’s because the newest McDonald’s is awful. Today is the third strike for the Airline location. In three trips, they have always been out of something in my order. The service is terrible. I am embarrassed for this family because I know that they are better than this and I have experienced better at every Jeffers restaurant I’ve ever eaten in except this one. It makes me sad and I hope it gets corrected soon before their good name gets dragged through the mud anymore. I’m sitting in front of the front door waiting on the little dude to come out for the THIRD time to tell me they don’t have something from my order. I did NOT have a complicated order.

  The food is not good when they deliver it they go twice that they don't give me the same thing I ask for

  30 minutes for breakfast; ordered on the app. Manager in the backyard yelling at everyone, but not really doing anything.

  Every time I go to this McDonald’s, something is wrong with my order. I have ordered a quarter pounder with cheese at this location and every single time they don’t put onions on it and absolutely smother it in ketchup to the point where the bun is soggy and falling apart. I would not recommend going here because every time I’ve ordered here it takes a very long time, is unorganized, and the food is not good.
