    Kind of slow. Iced mocha isn't ever made correctly. Over all though the food is always fresh and they're quick to correct any mistakes if there are any. I miss the lady that always said happy Monday before taking my order. She was so sweet and kind. Her energy was very pure.

    This restaurant staff DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED!!!… I’m at the window placing my order for the 5th or 6th time because of the guy saying he couldn’t hear me.. I had 2 senior cokes and a ten piece nugget from the app, which was free. I pay for the coke at the 1st window, go to get food at the 2nd window and get told to pull to the small window! So I did, 1st manager comes and say you can’t place another order on the app once you you’ve placed the 1st order. I explained to her I didn’t do that! She then asked to see my phone to see did I place the order.. however, the order never went through because the guy at the window NEVER put the order in, claiming he couldn’t hear me but you heard the 2cokes I paid for (smh) anyway ANOTHER manager came to the window and repeated the same thing as the 1st manager.. I explained to her the same thing… she said it was MY FAULT that the guy couldn’t hear me! I had just gotten off of work and just wanted something quick!!! the last thing I wanted to do was argue over some NUGGETS!!! Terrible Terrible customer service!

    Just want to say thank you for not only the long wait but the condiments you offered for my hot n spicy and hasbrowns- thank you for also not putting those in the bag after that wait
