  This was our very first time trying Lenny's ever. I brought my family in for lunch as we were cruising Arlington. The person who took our order did not listen well and we had to repeat ourselves. I saw they had a promotional sandwich that looked awesome. I asked him if they could make it as it was shown in the picture. My wife ordered a turkey sandwich and I got a sandwich for my kids. Then, when our food came out, it was JUST meat and bread. Nothing else. We mentioned it to him and he said, "You didn't tell me." (Like, "well, you should have known better".) and had ZERO solutions. He wasn't helpful and it came off extremely rude. He just walked away. It seems like a pretty easy response, "I am sorry, I must have misunderstood. Would you like us to add something to your sandwiches?" It was so uncomfortable, so off-putting and a lack of service that we won't be going back.

  The food is always good at Lenny’s, I enjoy the Philly cheese steak sandwiches. I’m giving this review because of the staff. I’ve been to this location multiple times…during the week, weekends, day, and night. Everyone is so pleasant and nice. They all seem to be genuinely good people. Kudos to these folks. 💪🏼

  The manager of this establishment should be extremely concerned about what’s happening here. The staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional from start to finish. The woman at the front counter (red wig) spoke so quietly I genuinely couldn’t hear her, and when I politely asked her to repeat herself, she responded with noticeable attitude. Customer service felt like an inconvenience to them. To make matters worse, the lemonade sitting out looked stagnant and unappetizing. Overall, the atmosphere and service were so poor that I would strongly recommend driving past this location.
