Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
While many customers enjoyed the food, there were numerous complaints about cold, incorrect, or poorly prepared items.

Rude staff thru drive thru & they were out of change thru drive thru. Obviously management not paying attention or they do not care. Sad that service is bad already with such a new location.

The Whataburger in Arlington is great. I always get the breakfast bob with sausage. The bun is always soft which helps to make the sandwich delicious

This franchise clearly does not do regional secret shopping or track throughput times accurately.. I have gone to this location on 5 separate occasions and never spent less than 25 minutes in the drive thru. I genuinely enjoy the food everytime I've eaten at other locations. I waited at the intercom for 8 minutes(had to time it) without greeting before leaving at 1210 pm while the 3 cars that were there in front of me received their food. Fooled me for the last time.
