- NLNina Lucas6 days ago1.0Only received 3 out of 8 boxes on a delivery order. Called and they said they would send the rest. 1 hour later still no food. Called. Was on hold for 15mins and drove up there while still on hold. Asked for the order to be remade, waited 20mins. They never started the food. Luckily we got a refund for the trouble. This was gonna be my first time trying papa johns. Very disappointed in level of service given.
